Air-Cooled Lighting

Air-Cooled lighting systems and reflectors are a great buy if you suffer from growing in a tight space or serious overheating in your grow room.

Air-cooled lighting works by using an extractor fan to push cool air from outside your grow room through specially designed enclosed reflectors. This hugely reduces the heat build up from your bulb and allows you to grow successfully with your plants very close to your actual light.

To use Air-Cooled lighting you will need to attach a suitable extractor fan and ducting pieces. As a good rule of thumb you would need a 125mm fan for a single light system, a 150mm extractor fan for a two lights system or a 200mm fan for every four lights in your air-cooled system.
