The AquaFarm hydroponic system holds the title of being the first hydroponic “home system”, created in 1975 by Lawrence Brooke, Since then thousands of these great hydroponics units have been sold worldwide, bringing satisfaction to hobby growers everywhere.

The AquaFarm is a larger version of the very popular WaterFarm hydroponics systems. Each AquaFarm is supplied with a reservoir, planting chamber, dripper ring kit, air pump and set up instructions.

In the AquaFarm and the WaterFarm plants are grown in the top tray which is filled with clay pebbles. The top tray is suspended above a reservoir filled with your nutrient solution. An air pump drives the nutrient solution up through a “pumping column”, to a dripper ring which lies on top of the growing medium and drips down through the clay pebbles. This infuses the nutrient with oxygen, stimulating your plants to grow to new heights.

AquaFarm reservoir holds up to 20 litres of nutrient solution.
AquaFarm planter needs 35 litres of growing medium, clay pebbles produces the most productive results.
Key benefit of a hydroponics system like the Aqua Farm is it delivers high levels of oxygen to the rootzone leading to explosive growth.
