These lighting kits feature the Diamond reflector from Ecotechnics. The Diamond lighting kit is the result of 15 years of experience in the horticultural lighting industry, designed in conjunction with the UK's leading photometric laboratory and using their state of the art equipment. The system comes complete with ballast, reflector and bulb and is available in 250w, 400w, 600w and 1000w versions. In tests the diamond produces an average light intensity of up to 25% more than other reflectors on the market:

Maxibright or Compact?
Our lighting systems are available with a choice of two ballasts, the Maxibright or the Compact. Both of these powerpacks are made with the same internal components, are extremely reliable and feature thermal cutouts and timed ignitors for safety. The only real differences between these ballasts are that:
- The Compact is sealed in resin and the Maxibright comes in a vented metal box. Which means the Compact runs a little quieter but the Maxibright runs a little cooler.
- The Compact powerpacks come with a 1 year guarantee as standard and the Maxibright comes with a 3 year guarantee as standard.
