Flood stake drippers are free flow meaning whatever your water pump can push through your pipework will come out the end of these, they don't restrict the water flow, as a result the amount of water delivered to your plants is not fixed it will vary depending on the power of your water pump. Flood stake drippers are primarily used for growing with Clay Pebbles or mediums that don't retain much moisture.If using these drippers with a medium that does retain a lot of moisture such as rockwool, COCO or soil you will HAVE TO USE a digital timer as the pump will in only a minute or so deliver plenty of water to your plants. When using flood stake drippers in this situation run some tests when you first set up and find out exactly how much water comes out of each dripper per minute and work out your feeding from there.
