What is Intelli-Drive?
The all new Light Rail 3.5 uses solid state advanced controls that are fully integrated into the lightrail unit. Known as Intellidrive these controls will give you the control you are looking for. With an adjustable 0-60 second time delay you can fine tune the length of delay at each end of your rail to meet your plants ever changing needs.
Why move your lights?
Moving one light on a 6 foot rail should increase your light's area of coverage by approximately 1.5 and allows you to operate your lights closer to your plants as you eliminate the serious heat build up you get with static lighting systems. Moving your light from one end of your room to the other will also let light hit your plants at a much greater variety of angles allowing better growth on lower branches which would otherwise be shaded. This creates a much more natural environment for your plants where you are almost simulating the rise and fall of the sun and enabling the whole plant to photosynthesize.
