MD802 Multi-Duct NFT System

Nutriculture make NFT systems in many shapes and sizes so you can maximize the amount of space available. This is especially true with these larger scale systems. The MD802 works in exactly the same way as the smaller systems except it features 2 large 8ft dual channel NFT trays, which sit end to end leaning into a central reservoir. As with all our NFT systems if you buy the full kit you get everything you need to get going:

What nutrients and growing mediums can I use with NFT?

For growing medium use the spreader mat that comes included with the system and Grodan Rockwool blocks and cubes.

NFT Systems are pure recirculating systems so require a dedicated hydroponic nutrient. We'd recommend one of the following: Canna Aqua, VitaLink Max, Optimum, Dutchmaster GOLD or Sensi from Advanced Nutrients. Try and maintain a PH of 5.8-6.2.

HINT: Before introducing your plants to the system make sure they're rooted really well with roots balling up on the outside of your blocks and use a root stimulant like Rhizotonic , Voodoo Juice or RootJuice when you first move your plants into the system you'll notice the difference.
