Nilnat is a biological treatment for eradicating fungus gnats from your grow room. Fungus gnats can easily be identified in your grow room as small black flies that mostly occur around potted growing media. The fungus gnat flie isn't really a key pest they'll just annoy you a bit, the only problems they can cause is that the larvae they grow from live in your rootzone and can eat your roots for nourishement. Nilnat dosing:
For growing in hydroponics add nilnat at the rate of 1ml (40 drops) per 100 litres of nutrient. Use weekly or at every nutrient change whichever is the more frequent.For run to waste systems add nilnat at a rate of 5 drops per 10 litres of growing medium. Add the 5 drops of nilnat to 200ml of water and then feed this to the 10 litres of medium on a weekly basis. Repead this process for every 10 litres of grwoing medium you use.
For soil, coco or organic potted media add nilnat at a rate of 5 drops per 10 litres of medium used. Put the 5 drops into 500ml of water and pour through the 10 litres of medium evenly wetting the surface. Repeat this nilnat treatment weekly.
Frequency and dosing of nilnat may be adjusted upwards if necessary without harm so don't worry about getting it exactly right. Nilnat can also be used as a preventative treatment.
