Vortice Lineo product details:

Vortice Lineo inline fans are generally more powerful than standard RVK extractors and are used in situations where you need to push or pull air through more than 3m of ducting. This makes them very useful for large scale extraction systems and air cooled lighting. For small to medium scale operations we'd suggest that the RVK range is more suitable and cost effective.

The twin speed feature on the lineo works by wiring the fan up one of two ways which will alter the speed of the fan. With a little knowledge of basic electrics you could wire in a switch so you could change the speed of the extractor more easily.

If using the Lineo for air-cooled lighting a good rule of thumb is that  you would need a 125mm fan for a single light system, a 150mm extractor fan for a two lights system or a 200mm fan for every four lights in your air-cooled system.
